I accidentally locked my keys in my car when I was just about to head back home on Labor Day, I gave them a call and they were out here within an hour and got me into my car so I could get on the road! 10 STARS! In 36 years of trucking, I've never had such good things to say about a big-truck towing company, so this means a lot! I had an overall great experience with this tow and repair service. Austin was very understanding and helpful about my urgent need to have my radiator replaced ASAP so I could get back on the road, and Mav (Mov in Spanish, I taught them 😆) got right to work after hours. 🙏🏽 I called Austin at 22:01 on Sept. 2, and by 22:48, he was hooking up my truck. By midnight, we were at the shop, and by 03:04, the job was complete! I was very fortunate to have crossed paths with Austin and Mav, and I am very grateful for it. It's why I have taken the time to write this short version of the great experience I had after a stressful breakdown on the shoulder of I-94, eastbound at mile marker 27, at night, after all other shops were closed. We were in Fargo for business.  While I was in a meeting, my wife had a flat tire later in the evening.  They sent out a vehicle quickly, and the polite young man got the spare on and my wife back on the road in about 45 minutes from call to finish. I can believe the stupid thing I did to my bobcat got stuck in my foundation, but thanks to Austin Towing of West Fargo. I call them they there right on it and they guys that came did a great job and there prices is very reasonable I will definitely call them again. My F-250 broke down on interstate 94 around 3am passing through Fargo, pretty much up the creek without a paddle. I started googling towing companies and Austin’s Towing popped up so I gave them a call and luckily I did. Their response time was extremely quick considering the time and they were extremely professional. They had me hooked up and off the highway in no time. The bill wasn’t expensive considering the time of night it was. I had it towed to a local shop and the rest is history. My vehicle’s electronic systems went berserk and I was unable to start my car. I figured I needed a new battery again since this is how my car acted four years ago when I needed a new battery. However, I did not know for sure that the battery was the problem. If it wasn’t, then towing would be needed. I randomly called Austin’s Towing due to their 5.0 rating. Austin himself answered the phone immediately. After I explained my situation to him, he said he would have the dispatch driver (Garrett) contact me shortly. Austin explained that the driver could first try jumpstarting my vehicle and then if that didn’t work, the driver would tow it to my dealership. Garrett came thru for me with very prompt communication and service. The jumpstart worked and I was on my way to my dealership 50 minutes after I made the first call to Austin. 100% satisfied and would definitely call Austin’s Towing again!

My car randomly broke down and was stuck at an intersection while driving back home from Fargo. Austin called me right away after my number was given to him to see where we were stuck at. Arrived there within 15 minutes and was able to load the car quick and bring it all the way to Dilworth for a reasonable price.
